About Dewey, Certified Therapy Dog

Dewey is a 22 pound Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He has earned his AKC recognized Canine Good Citizen certificate and Therapy Dog Certificate awarded by the Springfield Alliance of Therapy Pets.

Dewey takes his job very seriously! He loves to greet our guests in the lobby and has a way of helping people relax with his affable personality and his silly antics. He also has a deeply compassionate side. If you are open to his affection, he will sometimes instinctively climb up in your lap and place his paws around your neck and and give you a "hug."

If you have allergies or any other aversions to dogs, please be sure to discuss this with me prior to scheduling any in-person appointments so that accommodations (or referrals to another provider, if necessary) can be made. I also offer telehealth sessions for an allergy-safe alternative.
